We have decided to take a new approach to site sponsorship and the offering of prime advertising space. We want to allow all of our advertisers and partners the opportunity to become a sponsor of this site at a price that is affordable.

We do this each year by auctioning 10 Sponsorship positions for the following 12 months; allowing any of our advertisers to place a bid on behalf of any of their resources.

The winning 10 Resources will then become our official Sponsors for the next 12 months. All Sponsorship benefits will be awarded proportionally based on the amount of the winning bid compared to the total of all winning bids. Therefore if all 10 winning bids are for the same amount, then all Sponsors will receive an equal 10% of the benefits. But if the highest bid totals 20% of the total of all successful bids, then that Sponsor will receive 20% of all benefits.

Apart from getting valuable benefits, otherwise unavailable at CBD-Search, you will also be helping to support this site and help make sure that this site continues for years to come.

To place a bid or to request when the next auction will take place, you must first login, before selecting 'Partner Opportunities' from the menu.

• Prospective Sponsors must have at least one resource listed at CBD-Search.
• All bids must be attached to an existing resource. If the resource is removed from CBD-Search for any reason during the following 12 months, all attached Sponsorship benefits will cease.
• Sponsorship privileges may be transferred to other resources, with permission of CBD-Search, but once paid for, a refund is not possible.
• To receive all Sponsorship privileges, you must make sure that you have at least one 468px by 60px and one 135px by 80px graphical BES adverts attached to the resource.
• Once the auction ends, successful bidders will be given 7 days to pay before their bid is removed and the next highest bidder offered Sponsorship. It is not necessary for bidders to have sufficient credit to cover their bid until after they have been offered a place as a Sponsor.

• All current Sponsors are listed on the Our Partners page.
• As well as your paid BES adverts, we will make sure that 1 in 8 of the 468px by 60px banners displayed on each of our pages belongs to one of our sponsors. We will also display a 135px by 80px advert prominently on each of our pages. Although you will continue to pay for any BES adverts, these Sponsor adverts will be for free.
• All HTML email's we send out (system messages or monthly newsletters) will also include an advertisers banner (468px by 60px) at no cost.
• We plan to soon introduce other benefits, as well as a discount on all CBD-Search products and services.

Our prices for displaying BES adverts are already extremely low (although we expect them to rise in the near future), but it is estimated that at current rates, our Sponsors receive at least $60 worth of free advertising on the CBD-Search website per year alone. In the past year we have sent out at least 6,000 email's to our users for various reasons, which is expected to increase with the popularity of this website and with the recent introduction of our monthly newsletters. Having your BES adverts included in these email's adds incredibly valuable.

• We are currently looking for other Christian Resource Directories and Search Engines to partner with us in an attempt to create a hub of Christian Information and Resources. This will be of mutual benefit to all those sites taking part, will help raise the profile of participating sites and will help visitors to these sites find the Christian information that they are seeking.
